A residence of 22 apartments spread across three terraced buildings, set in a landscaped park of over 8,000 m² in Pregny-Chambésy. Vieux-Bois 8 combines contemporary architecture, intimacy, and proximity to Geneva in a fully pedestrian residential environment.

Context

Close to international organisations, the lake, and the centre of Geneva, Vieux-Bois 8 offers apartments ranging from 3 to 5 rooms, with sizes between 70 and 155 m². The buildings meet THPE standards and are set within a landscaped park featuring relaxation areas and playgrounds for children. The project is marketed by Switzerland Sotheby’s International Realty. The challenge: to translate the quality of the location and the residences into a digital experience that facilitates the discovery of the project and encourages contact.

Our involvement

Evohome supports Vieux-Bois 8 in the areas of creation and digital marketing. We are creating an immersive web experience to showcase the location, architecture, and features of the project, complete with an image gallery, housing selector, and contact form. Digital marketing enhances the visibility of the programme and the acquisition of interested contacts, in line with its residential positioning and sales journey.
