Les Jars — 3D Configurator

Overview

An interactive selection and customisation platform for the six villas in the Les Jars project in Épalinges. The buyer explores the buildings in 3D, compares the features of the homes, and accesses a configuration journey by floor and by space.

Context

Selling off-plan requires making the volumes and layout options understandable. For Les Jars, the challenge was to connect the discovery of the development to the choice of a villa, and then to its customisation, all within a coherent digital experience.

Our involvement

Creation of a 3D property selector and housing configurator. The platform allows users to rotate the model, zoom in, and view lots by number of rooms, orientation, area, and availability. After selecting a villa, the user can access the spaces on the ground floor, upper floor, and basement to personalise them, with a pathway leading to the submission of a request.
