Overview

A residential complex of seven villas in Pâquier, Gruyère: six semi-detached villas and one detached villa, each with a private garden. The project combines contemporary architecture, a green environment, and proximity to Bulle, with views of the Pre-Alps.

Context

Developed by Swissroc Development and designed by Anita Baechler Conception & Design, Les Deléjettè offers human-sized homes with terraces, gardens, and an underground car park with 16 spaces. The marketing is managed by Bulliard Immobilier. The challenge of digital marketing is to raise awareness of this residential programme and generate interest among buyers looking for a peaceful family environment, close to services and transport links.

Our involvement

Evohome supports Les Deléjettè in digital marketing to enhance the visibility of the programme and acquire interested contacts. The communication highlights the residential advantages of the project: private gardens, natural surroundings, views of the Pre-Alps, and proximity to Bulle, in line with the marketing strategy.
