Overview

A residential area of 126 condominiums spread across 12 buildings in Épalinges, on the outskirts of Lausanne. Éveil combines a natural setting, a variety of housing options, and shared spaces, with a concept of collaborative condominiums and a sustainable approach led by Eclosia by GEFISWISS.

Context

Developed by GEFISWISS on a plot of over 20,000 m², Éveil offers apartments ranging from 1.5 to 5.5 rooms, including housing adapted for seniors. A building dedicated to communal living completes the neighbourhood with spaces for gathering, working, and sharing. The project integrates renewable energy, biodiversity, and sustainable mobility. The communication challenge is to make this residential offering clear and appealing to a diverse range of potential buyers.

Our involvement

Evohome supports Éveil in the areas of creation and digital marketing. This includes the development of the project's website and its discovery experience: showcasing the neighbourhood, highlighting the sustainable concept and collaborative property ownership, and providing access to the apartments and useful information for potential buyers. The digital marketing strategy enhances the project's visibility and facilitates the acquisition of interested contacts, in line with its positioning of "Naturally Connected."
